1 Terms Acceptance

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

For withdrawals, members must ensure the registered bank account is in the same name as the 285bet account. 285bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. 7 Member Conduct

285bet expects all members to conduct themselves responsibly, ethically, and respectfully toward all parties within the platform ecosystem. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without warning:

• Using offensive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language against other members or 285bet staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's system security in any way.
• Sharing, selling, or renting your account to another party.
• Using false information or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion with other members, or attempts to exploit system bugs.

8 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 285bet customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be completed, or the relevant bonus will be voided. Valid cash balances will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

285bet also reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account unilaterally for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from legal authorities, or where a member has applied for self-exclusion through the program. • Members whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to any compensation for unredeemed bonuses or promotions.
